Team Augmentation Enterprise UI Delivery Acceleration Partnership

Multipass · Enterprise UI Delivery

Multipass needed to deliver a complex UI for a major enterprise project with Delek — while requirements were still evolving and the final specification had not been closed. We stepped in from day one, kept delivery moving under real pressure, and shipped the system ahead of schedule.

The Challenge

Delivery pressure, an evolving spec,
and no time to waste.

Multipass was facing a delivery problem that's common in fast-growing technology companies. Customer commitments were already in motion, internal timelines were set, and the team needed experienced execution capacity that could enter an active project immediately — without a prolonged onboarding period eating into the schedule.

The added complexity: the final specification for the Delek project had not been fully closed when development needed to begin. Waiting for the spec to stabilize before writing any code wasn't an option — every week of delay meant direct pressure from both management and the end client.

The real risk in this situation is picking the wrong external partner. A resource that needs substantial supervision, extended explanation, and hand-holding doesn't reduce the bottleneck — it adds to it. What was needed was senior execution that could integrate fast, understand the business context, and produce meaningful output without friction.

Any wrong decision in choosing an external development partner can slow down the entire project and damage trust — both with the internal team and with the end client.

Into the codebase on day one.
Shipping before the spec closed.

We applied a structured approach built around three things: immediate integration, early visible progress, and a fast feedback loop. The goal was to remove complexity from the client's plate, not add to it.

Rather than waiting for every requirement to land, we built the visual and structural UI foundation based on a strong understanding of the product direction and business need. This gave stakeholders something tangible to respond to much earlier — turning abstract specification discussions into concrete refinements against a working product. That early visibility created momentum and reduced uncertainty across the whole project.

Throughout delivery, we maintained a highly responsive refinement loop. Every field observation, change request, or defect was turned around quickly and thoroughly — no lengthy debate, no handoff friction. This kept progress moving even as the project continued to evolve around us.

  • Immediate entry into the existing codebase — no overlap period, no drain on internal team capacity
  • Early UI foundation built before final spec closure, giving stakeholders tangible product to react to
  • Rapid feedback and defect turnaround loop — every field observation addressed without friction
  • Reduced management overhead throughout — senior execution that runs independently
  • Full UI delivery for the Delek enterprise project, completed ahead of schedule
