A payroll delivery platform built for non-digital businesses — replacing manual payslip runs to construction sites and remote worksites with a simple upload-and-send workflow, SMS delivery, and legally compliant proof of receipt.
netlush.co.il was created with non-digital businesses in mind - companies that don't rely on technology to streamline their existing processes. Take the construction industry. Construction firms often distribute employee payslips manually, which in practice means physically traveling to multiple construction sites and handing salary slips directly to workers.
Now consider what happens when some employees are absent from a site. Someone has to go back — again — just to deliver those payslips. And proof of delivery? That's a real legal and operational requirement, not a nice-to-have.
This led to a simple but important question: how do we build something that creates real value for these companies, helps them meet their legal obligations, and is simple enough for both payroll teams and workers to use — without assuming they live inside a computer all day?
In the construction industry, payroll day means traveling to multiple sites, handing out slips by hand, and going back for anyone who was absent. Proof of delivery is a legal requirement — and no spreadsheet can satisfy it.
We started with extensive research — exploring open-source technologies, reviewing similar products, and thinking carefully about data security, performance, reliability, and usability before writing a single line of code. Simple and intuitive were the only acceptable outcomes: for both the payroll and accounting teams sending payslips, and for the employees on the receiving end.
The result was netlush.co.il: a web-based back-office where payroll teams upload a single file and the platform handles everything else — parsing the file, generating an individual payslip for each employee, and delivering it via SMS or Email. Employees receive a link, open their payslip, and confirm receipt. No app to install. No account to create. Proof of delivery is captured automatically.
Before going to production, we ran a pilot for approximately one month with several real companies. We gathered feedback, refined the experience, tested edge cases, and repeated the cycle until the platform was genuinely smooth and practical for daily business use.
quickdev delivered a product we couldn't believe was possible in the timeframe. The team understood our business deeply and built something our employees actually love using. Payroll day used to be our most stressful day of the month — now it's the easiest.
