A CRM and project management platform built for solar panel installation companies — managing the entire customer lifecycle from lead capture through permits, installation, and payment collection, with automated document organization and real-time pipeline visibility.
Solar installation companies in Israel were managing complex, multi-step projects using spreadsheets and manual coordination between sales, office, and technical teams. A single installation involves regulatory approvals, utility company sign-offs, equipment procurement, on-site work, and payment milestones — none of which were connected in any shared system.
Sales agents in the field had no shared view of a customer's status. Office teams had no reliable way to track permit and approval stages. Documents — permits, photos, installation files — were scattered across email threads and personal drives. And payment tracking across dozens of active projects was done entirely by hand, leading to missed collections and revenue leakage.
Each new solar company entering the market faced the same problem with no scalable solution. The industry needed a platform that understood the domain deeply — not just generic project management, but one modeled around the specific workflow of solar installation in Israel.
Every new customer meant a new spreadsheet, a new WhatsApp group, and a stack of emails that no one could find six weeks later. Sales, office, and technical teams had no shared view of where any project actually stood.
We designed and built a full-stack SaaS platform modeled precisely around the solar installation domain. Every customer record captures installation-specific data — roof size, system size, electricity counter number, property identifiers (gush/chelka), panel and converter specs — alongside the full lifecycle workflow. From the moment a sales agent creates a lead, the platform handles all coordination automatically.
Each customer is enrolled in a configurable set of process steps — submission, permits, electricity company approval, equipment selection, on-site installation, meter connection — with action items, color-coded status indicators, and date tracking at every stage. On customer creation, the system automatically provisions a structured Google Drive folder hierarchy, so every file is organized from day one with no manual effort required.
Role-based access control keeps each team in their lane: sales agents capture leads and upload files, office staff manage approvals and scheduling, admins configure workflows and oversee the pipeline, and SysAdmins manage the multi-tenant platform itself. Multiple solar companies run on the same infrastructure, fully isolated from one another.
