Accessibility Statement

Last updated: 10 August 2026

quickdev considers it important to provide an equal and accessible service to all visitors to its website, including people with disabilities. We work to make this site accessible in accordance with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998, and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013, and in accordance with Israeli Standard IS 5568 for web content accessibility at conformance level AA, which is based on the WCAG 2.0 / 2.1 guidelines.

Level of conformance

This site is intended to meet the requirements of IS 5568 at level AA. We note that this is a target we work towards as an ongoing process, and not a blanket declaration of complete, unqualified conformance on every page and in every component — see "Known accessibility limitations" below.

What has been done to make this site accessible

The following work has been carried out on the site, among other measures:

  • A consistent, hierarchical heading structure (H1–H6) on every page, with no skipped heading levels.
  • A marked main content region (<main>) on every page, and a "Skip to main content" link as the first focusable element on each page.
  • Colour contrast between text and background of at least 4.5:1, in both the dark and the light theme.
  • A clear, visible focus indicator on every operable element, at a contrast ratio of at least 3:1.
  • Full keyboard navigation, including closing the mobile menu with the Escape key and prevention of keyboard focus traps.
  • Alternative text (alt) on meaningful images, with decorative elements marked aria-hidden.
  • No information is conveyed by colour alone — the active page in the navigation is also marked with an underline and a heavier weight.
  • The system preference for reduced motion (prefers-reduced-motion) is respected across all animation on the site.
  • A dedicated accessibility toolbar allowing text enlargement, a high-contrast mode, stopping animation, and permanent underlining of links.

Accessibility arrangements on this site

An accessibility button is displayed in the corner of the screen, opening a settings panel. The panel allows you to enlarge the text across four levels, switch to a high-contrast mode, stop animation and motion, and add a permanent underline to all links. Your choice is saved in your browser and applied automatically on subsequent visits, and can be reset at any time.

In addition, the site can be navigated using the keyboard alone, and every page includes a skip-to-main-content link that appears when the Tab key is pressed.

Please note that the accessibility toolbar is an addition only. The substantive accessibility work was carried out in the site's own code, and not by means of an external overlay widget, in line with the accepted position that an accessibility overlay does not by itself satisfy the requirements of the standard.

Known accessibility limitations

We work on an ongoing basis to improve the accessibility of the site. As at the date of this statement, the following limitations are known:

  • No accessibility audit has yet been carried out by an external certified accessibility expert (מורשה נגישות). The assessment carried out to date is an internal self-assessment.
  • No comprehensive end-to-end screen reader testing (NVDA / JAWS / VoiceOver) has been performed across all pages of the site.
  • Text enlargement in the accessibility toolbar works by zooming the page as a whole. Your browser's built-in zoom remains the recommended mechanism for substantial enlargement.
  • The content of this site is presented in English, including this statement.

If you encounter any element on the site that is not sufficiently accessible, we would be glad to hear from you using the details below, and we will act to address it promptly.

Date of review and technologies tested

This statement and the accompanying accessibility review were updated on 10 August 2026. Testing was carried out in current versions of Chromium-based browsers, combined with full keyboard navigation (Tab / Shift+Tab / Enter / Escape), automated colour-contrast tooling, and automated accessibility testing using axe-core.

Accessibility coordinator

In accordance with the regulations, an accessibility coordinator has been appointed to handle accessibility enquiries from the public:

Name: Yaniv Amrami

Phone: +972-54-449-7130

Email: [email protected]

Accessibility enquiries

Have you encountered an accessibility problem on the site, or do you have a suggestion for improvement? We would be glad to receive your enquiry using the contact details above. We undertake to acknowledge receipt of an accessibility enquiry and to address it within a reasonable period, and in any event no later than 14 business days from the date of receipt, subject to the complexity of the enquiry.
