This Privacy Policy explains how quickdev ("quickdev", "the Company", "we", "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects information about visitors to quickdev.co.il (the "Site"). It is written to comply with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, as amended by Amendment 13 (in force from August 2025).
By using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the Site or submit information through it.

What information we collect
Information you provide directly (contact form)
When you submit the contact form, we collect:

We also record, together with your submission, whether you ticked the privacy-policy approval box, whether you opted in to marketing messages, the time you did so, and the page you submitted from. This is kept as evidence that consent was given knowingly, and for no other purpose.
Information collected automatically
Subject to your cookie and consent choices (see "Cookies and consent" below), the Site and its third-party providers may automatically collect technical and usage information, such as pages viewed, referring pages, device and browser type, approximate location derived from IP address, and interaction and performance metrics.

We do not use information collected through the Site for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects concerning you.
Who we share information with
We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with, or observed by, the following third parties, strictly as needed to operate the Site:
- Web3Forms (
api.web3forms.com) — the service that processes every contact-form submission and relays its contents (name, email, phone, company, message) to us by email. All form field contents pass through Web3Forms' infrastructure as part of this relay. - Google Tag Manager — a tag-management
container (
GTM-NKFJCLB) used to load analytics and marketing tags in accordance with your consent choices. - Vercel — the Site is hosted on Vercel's infrastructure. Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights collect aggregate usage and performance data.
We may also disclose information where required by law, regulation, court order, or a competent authority, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of quickdev, our users, or others.
Cookies and consent
The Site uses a consent-management approach built on Google Consent Mode v2. Before any analytics or advertising tag loads, all such signals default to "denied". On your first visit you are shown a banner offering Reject all, Customize (granular toggles for the Analytics and Marketing categories), and Accept all.
Your choice is stored for 180 days, in your
browser's localStorage and in a first-party cookie
named qd_consent. You can change your preferences
at any time using the "Cookie settings" control
in the Site's footer. Strictly necessary technical functions do
not depend on this consent mechanism, as they are required for
the Site to function at all.

Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the nature of the information we handle, including transmitting form submissions over encrypted (HTTPS) connections and relying on the security practices of our infrastructure provider (Vercel) and form-processing provider (Web3Forms). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Under the Privacy Protection Law, as amended, you may request access to personal information we hold about you; request correction of information that is incorrect, incomplete, unclear, or outdated; request deletion of information we hold about you, subject to any legal obligation to retain it; and withdraw consent to processing based on consent — for example by changing your cookie preferences, unsubscribing from marketing messages, or asking us to delete an enquiry — without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

International data transfers
Some of our third-party service providers (including Web3Forms, Google, and Vercel) may process or store data on servers located outside Israel. Where this occurs, we rely on the relevant provider's own compliance measures and applicable legal mechanisms for cross-border data transfer.
Children's privacy
The Site is a business marketing website not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the contact form.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or in applicable law. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised.
