Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website quickdev.co.il (the "Site"), operated by quickdev ("quickdev", "the Company", "we", "us"), a software design and development studio based in Tel Aviv, Israel. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

About the Site

The Site is a marketing website presenting quickdev's services (including AI development, SaaS, web, mobile, UX/UI, DevOps and cloud, MVP development, and team augmentation), case studies, and blog content, and provides a contact form through which visitors may reach out to us. The Site does not itself provide any software, product, or service for direct download, purchase, or use — it is informational and lead-generation in nature.

Eligibility and acceptable use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, the Site by any third party. You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its systems, or any related network.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation, including via automated scraping, denial-of-service activity, or injection of malicious code.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through the contact form.
• Use the Site to transmit any unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or harmful content.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, the quickdev name and marks, case study descriptions, images, and the underlying design and source code of the Site — is the property of quickdev or its licensors, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

No part of the Site may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or otherwise used for commercial purposes without quickdev's prior written consent, except as necessary for ordinary, non-commercial viewing of the Site in a standard web browser. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property right in the Site or its content to you.

No warranty

The Site and all content on it (including case studies, blog posts, and service descriptions) are provided "as is" and "as available", for general informational purposes only. quickdev makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or currency of any content on the Site.

Case studies and descriptions of past projects reflect quickdev's own account of its work and are provided for illustrative purposes; they do not constitute a guarantee of any particular outcome for prospective engagements.

Nothing on the Site constitutes professional, technical, financial, or legal advice, and it should not be relied upon as such. Any decision to engage quickdev's services should be based on a direct discussion and a separately agreed scope of work, not on the marketing content of this Site alone.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, quickdev shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your access to, use of, or inability to use the Site, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, even if quickdev has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory provisions of Israeli law.

These Terms do not govern the terms of any separate services agreement or statement of work entered into between quickdev and a client for the provision of development, design, or consulting services; such engagements are governed by their own signed agreement.

Third-party links and services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (for example, social media profiles) that are not owned or controlled by quickdev. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of use of any third-party site. Inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.

The Site also relies on third-party service providers to function, including Web3Forms (contact-form processing), Google Tag Manager, and Vercel (hosting, analytics, and speed insights). Your use of features that rely on these providers is also subject to those providers' own terms, to the extent applicable. See our Privacy Policy for further detail on these providers.

Changes to the Site and these Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site, and may revise these Terms, at any time and without prior notice. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The competent courts located in Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site.
